Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of brand initiatives within the food and hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of food branding, customer engagement, and marketing strategies, with the ability to analyse market trends and consumer behaviour in the food sector. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the brand identity of our food business, enhance customer experience, and drive growth across multiple channels, including dine-in, takeaway, delivery platforms, social media, and B2B partnerships.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing brand campaigns, overseeing product and menu branding, conducting market research, and strengthening public relations to build a trusted and recognisable food brand.
Requirements
Proven experience in brand management, marketing, or social media within the food, restaurant, hospitality, or FMCG industry
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, customer insights, and campaign performance
Knowledge of food industry trends, customer behaviour, and competitive analysis
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective public relations and stakeholder coordination
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Experience in B2B marketing or partnership development within hospitality or food services is highly desirable
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
A proactive, creative, and strategic mindset with leadership capabilities
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with the company’s vision and commercial goals within the food and hospitality sector
Manage and grow social media platforms to increase customer engagement, footfall, and brand visibility
Oversee menu and product branding, ensuring consistency across restaurants, packaging, delivery platforms, and promotional materials
Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, food photography, influencer collaborations, content creation, and promotional events
Conduct market research to identify food trends, customer preferences, seasonal demands, and competitor positioning
Monitor and analyse campaign performance, customer feedback, and sales data to optimise marketing strategies
Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, food bloggers, delivery partners, and local business networks
Support brand launches for new menus, food concepts, outlets, or partnerships
Use Adobe Creative Suite to create visually appealing marketing materials such as menus, posters, social media creatives, and branding assets
Lead B2B marketing initiatives, including partnerships with suppliers, pub groups, corporate clients, and event organisers
